Who sells the goods

Tools listed on this website are sold by Barbara Johntry, 186 Perrineville Road, Jackson Township, NJ 08527, United States. All enquiries are handled through the contact form.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and cover the item only. Delivery, and any taxes or duties that apply to your destination, are stated in the emailed quote before payment.

How an order is formed

Adding tools to the basket and sending a request is an enquiry, not a purchase. A reply confirms availability and total cost. A contract exists only once you accept that quote and payment is completed. A request may be declined if an item is out of stock or delivery to your address is not workable.

Payment

Payment options are agreed individually by email. No card details are entered on this website and no payment is processed here.

Delivery and risk

Delivery terms are set out in the delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

Cancellation and return rights are described in the returns policy and sit alongside your statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or restricts consumer rights that apply to you by law. Tools are sold for normal domestic kitchen use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and any dispute is dealt with by the courts of that state, without affecting consumer protection rules that apply where you live.
