How delivery is priced

Delivery is not included in the prices shown on this website. Because cost depends on the destination, the weight of cast iron or granite items, and the size of the parcel, it is calculated for your address and confirmed by email before any payment is agreed. You are never charged a delivery fee that was not set out in writing first.

Where orders are sent

Parcels are dispatched from the United States to any destination reachable by tracked postal or courier services. If delivery to your address is not possible, that is stated in the reply to your basket request and nothing is charged.

Timings

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Transit is typically 2–5 business days for domestic destinations and 5–14 business days internationally. These are estimates: carrier delays and customs checks are outside our control.

Tracking, duties, and problems

Tracking details are emailed when the parcel is handed over. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are payable by the recipient. If a parcel is damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive, use the contact form and it is resolved under the returns policy.
