Cancelling before payment

Because orders are arranged by email, you can cancel at any time before you accept the quote and pay. There is no charge and no obligation.

Cancelling after payment

As a matter of shop policy you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them for a refund. Tell us through the contact form before sending anything back.

Return window and condition

Unused tools in their original condition and packaging are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Tools that have been used, seasoned, sharpened, engraved, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

Who pays return postage

If a tool is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, return postage is covered by the seller. If you simply change your mind, return postage is paid by you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned tool arriving, or sooner once a fault has been confirmed. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
